the understudies, through

up to Body Mass Index (BMI),
whether they
are underweight, normal, or
overweight.
This study aims to
promote advance positive
body picture, recognize
hazard components, and
improve self-perception,
eventually educating
wellbeing instruction
programs for made strides
well-being.
According to BMC women's Health
(2020-2021) Body picture is
characterized as one’s claim
acumen, contemplations, and
feelings relating to one’s claim
body. It is the outline of one’s body
representation, counting their
reflection picture, and it’s a
reflection of the collective sees of
society, which is shaped by
society’s culture and standards.
Body picture recognition is
created through body standards
mostly passed on through the
media, family, and peers. It can
be hypothesized that the
student of grade 10 Hebrews
would have a better
understanding and use of the
BMI measurements.
This study aims to uncover the
transformative impact of a normal
BMI on the physical appearance
of Review 10 Hebrews. By
investigating how an ordinary
BMI impacts body extents, facial
highlights,
over all attractiveness and its part in
forming body picture and self-
perception, this investigates
endeavors to give profitable
experiences into the complex flow
between BMI and the captivating
physical appearance of Review
10 Hebrews.​
THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

The present study investigated the


differences men and women in thier
attitudes about their appearance and
found that men generally have
higher self-esteem and body
esteem. According to this theory,
people who base thier self-esteem
on variables such as appearance
are likely to manifest lower self-
esteem.
