are not always good, and some can cause

My friend, Beth and I have been attending the same
English composition class after school since the
beginning of the semester. Beth is my favorite
companion because she is active and fun. But recently I
found that being in the same class with her is not
always that pleasant. Beth has been asking me to write

say no to her. Today she did it again. What is more is
that she plans to skip class and wants me to lie to the

Dear Rachel Bliss,
My buddy ， Victor, and Ihave

students. I always thought that having a buddy like
Victor was the best thing that ever happened to me.
But recently I have changed my mind.
Victor has been smoking for months and especially
when I am around. My parents get angry when they

I even got grounded today.
Should I stop being friends with Victor?
