ACTIVITIES IN THE BASKET

1. Email from CEO: The CEO Thompson, emailed you requesting a report on
employee turnover rates for the past year. She wants to understand the
reasons behind the high turnover and potential solutions to retain talent.

2. Urgent Phone Message: A new hire Sarah, called in feeling overwhelmed and
