What is Quality Friendship?
• Quality friendship - is a bond built on trust, mutual support,
understanding, and genuine care for each other. It involves open and
honest communication, respect for boundaries, empathy, and non-
judgmental attitudes.

• In a quality friendship, both individuals contribute positively to each


other's lives, offer emotional support, and enjoy spending time together.
It is a relationship where both parties feel comfortable being themselves
and can rely on each other through both good times and difficult
moments.

Choices and Responsibilities
What is Choices?
Choices -are the decisions we make
every day that shape our lives,
determine our outcomes, and
influence the paths we take.
Types of choices
• Personal choices-Those that affect our individual lives, such as career
choices, lifestyle choices, and personal relationships.

• Ethical choices- Choices based on moral principles and values, which


impact our integrity and relationships with others.

• Social choices- Choices that impact society, such as political


engagement, community involvement, and environmental actions.
What is Responsibilities?
Responsibilities- are the obligations and
duties we have towards ourselves, others,
and society to ensure the exercise of our
rights does not infringe upon the rights of
others.
Responsibilities of an individual
• Taking ownership of one's decisions and actions.
• Honoring commitments and fulfilling obligations.
• Practicing self-discipline and accountability.
• Contributing positively to relationships and communities
• Engaging in lifelong learning and personal development.
Responsibilities towards others
• Respecting the rights and dignity of others.
• Cultivating empathy, compassion, and understanding.
• Building and maintaining healthy relationships.

What is Peer Pressure?

Types of Peer Pressure

• Positive Peer Pressure - Encouraging positive


behaviors, healthy competition, and personal
growth.

• Negative Peer Pressure - Pressuring others to


engage in harmful or risky activities, or to
conform to negative behaviors.
Recognizing and Resisting Peer Pressure

• Be self-aware- Understand your values, beliefs, and


goals.

risks and consequences.
• Assertiveness- Learn to say "no" politely but firmly
when faced with unwanted peer influence.

What is Male/Female relationship?
