music showcase.

Music Acts
all acts are from the Southwest
Here I will explain why the choices of music I’ve
made is good and suitable for the event. I made sure
to choose an extensive range of genres so that every
guest has something they’ll enjoy.

The Willows- an acoustic duo

1964- guitar jazz duo
The Vibratones’- Soul R&B 5-piece band
Eva Parfitt- solo guitarist/pianist singer
ABBA Tribute band- 4-piece tribute band from Somerset
Local primary school choir- a chance for local schools to be involved with music
Local secondary school band- gives young musicians the chance to perform in a bigger
setting
Rebel Hearts- cover duo with country styles
The Tailors- 5-piece function band with styles of funk and pop
Idol Giants– 3-piece indie band
The Huxley’s- 4-piece high energy band with extensive set list
Die Twice- Soft Rock 5-piece band from Devon

Equipment and Transportation
Hiring all necessary equipment for both stages

the set up to be ready before the musicians

instruments
Van hire- hired for 24 hours to allow enough
time to transport the music equipment, it’s a
large van to ensure I have enough space
Schedule for the day- the stages are being
set-up prior to the performance day, we will
arrive at 6am on the Saturday to set-up the
lighting, sound and music equipment.
