Introduction to the Idea
Our idea for starting a business is about dishwasher which is in
liquid form. This will maintain the health of skin and it also helps
to remove stains easily so that original texture of pots can be
seen. We all observe that we have to rub more and more over hard
stain but they do not come off. After using this dishwasher these
stain can be removed with less efforts. Moreover, this product is
smooth for skin as it is requirement of most of ladies and costs
less than other dishwashers.

Mission & Vision:
• Mission: To make dishwashing a breeze for everyone,
offering gentle yet powerful dishwasher liquids that leave
dishes spotless and hands feeling soft and cared for.
• Vision: To be the trusted companion in every kitchen,
delivering innovative dishwasher liquids that effortlessly
clean, protect skin, and bring out the brilliance in every dish
and utensil, creating moments of joy and satisfaction for our
customers.

Problem Statement
• The dishwasher used by most of us are same which cause
allergies on skin Moreover, solid soap causes green lining on
silver glass and plates and liquid dishwasher is expensive due to
inflation so there is a need for skin protective and budget
friendly dishwasher.
• Regarding now a days problem there is a need of alternative
solution for Jewish products. (Especially for Muslim states).

Proposed Innovative Solution
• We are going to make a special liquid dishwasher just for cleaning silver
dishes.
• We will create a liquid dishwasher that cleans well but won't hurt the silver.
• We will also write instructions to let people know how much liquid to use
each time.
• We will ensure to put the soap in easy to use bottles with caps.
• We will also promote this product to tell people by saying it makes silver
utensils shiny and new again and it is an easy way to clean silver dishes
without lots of work
• We will also help customers learn how to take care of their silver dishes well.
• Due to current circumstances people want to boycott but can find any
replacement of it. All the other dishwashers are Jewish products so we
innovated and created a Pakistani product which can replace it.

Financial Plan
• We Figure out how much money we need to start the business, like buying equipment
and materials, making the soap, and packaging it.
• We Estimate how much soap we can sell by looking at who might buy it and how
much they might pay.
• We Calculate how much it costs to make each bottle of soap, including the ingredients
and the time it takes to make it.
• We Figure out how much money we make from selling each bottle of soap after we
subtract the costs of making it.
• We Look at how much money we will have left over after paying all our expenses to
see if we can make a profit.
