 The earliest human
settlements were
discovered in Mehrgarh,
Balochistan, around 7000 The Indus Valley Civilization originated
BCE,this was followed by
along the Saraswati River, which later dried

civilizations in Mohenjo- up, prompting the expansion of settlements
Daro and Kot-Diji in along the Indus River and its tributaries.
Sindh, and Harappa in This civilization stretched from Afghanistan

India and Sri Lanka. Archaeologists are
People and culture astounded by the advanced civilization
they left behind, characterized by well-
planned towns, sophisticated
infrastructure, and a peaceful society
devoid of evidence of warfare. Trade and
taxation were prominent features,
alongside mysterious undeciphered
scripts found among their artifacts.
How it ended..

 The enigmatic end of the Indus Valley civilization continues to intrigue


scholars, leaving behind a legacy of mystery and unanswered
questions. Yet, amidst the uncertainty, the ruins stand silent, urging us
to unravel the secrets of our ancient past. However, one thing was
sure, The Indus Valley civilization's disappearance, shrouded in
mystery, remains an enigma with the certainty that it never
resurfaced.
