Recap:
In the previous classes we have discussed the
following adjustments and their treatment in
the final accounts. They are
 Prepaid insurance. Insurance is included in the
General expenses. From the insurance amount,
we have calculated the prepaid amount and the
same is deducted from the insurance amount in the
Profit and Loss account. The same also shown in
the Balance Sheet under the heading prepaid
expenses (assets side)
