On the first day of my on-the-job training, I’m always manifesting the work
they give me in the office, like paper work and encoding data work, until the
Human Resources Management (HRM) office takes us to work with them.
The boss of the HRM office looks scary, but when you work with them, it is
nice and very pleasant. I started working at the papers to arrange them and
separate them from different offices. It was really exhausting, but for me, it
was fun to work that way. The reflection is that no matter how hard it is, you
can face it because it is just a challenge.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

On the second day of my on-the-job training in Human Resources (HR), I

had a lot of papers to finish, and when we finished it, our co-workers had a
lot of papers to separate into different offices and jobs. We are going to
finish it as long as we can because we give all our best to work with them,
a great student that they have had on-the-job training in their office. Our
boss, Mrs. Rowena, and boss, Mr. Noy, appreciate our efforts with them
because we can already finish the task that they give us. The reflection on
this day was that working hard is the best way to success.

On the third day of my on-the-job training, I learned how to create a

government worker ID in the City Hall of Angeles, and sometimes I’m
approaching the people who pass their papers in the office of Human
Resources Management (HRM) and talking to them nicely to wait for a
while, so with that, I’m going to call Sir Noy to utilize the paper because
Sir Noy can only put a signature on that paper and check the paper. And
I’m assisting Sir Noy at the counter to do less work for him. The
reflection on my third day is that no matter how tired I am, I am still
fighting because, in reality, there is no second chance if you don’t give
all your best.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

On the fourth day of my on-the-job training, Sir Noy gave us a paper,

and after that, he called another OJT student to work with us. Thanks to
Sir Noy, because we work together and have communication with each
other, we can work easily. Sometimes I proceed to the counter to assist
the people in receiving or passing the paper, and sometimes I’m
answering the telephone, and lastly, I assist our co-worker in creating a
government worker ID. The reflection on this day is that it's really nice
to have a co-worker that communicates with each other, because that’s
the best way to great success.
