FREESTYLE

The quickest and most


prevalent stroke in
competitive swimming is
freestyle, sometimes known
as the front crawl. Swimmers
alternate arm movements
and kick their legs
flutteringly.
BACKSTROKE

Backstroke is performed by
swimmers while lying on their
backs with their faces up. The
arms do a windmill motion one
at a time, while the legs
perform a flutter kick.
Breathing is accomplished by
turning the head to the side.
