F, 56 y.o., with the chief complaint of discomfort sensation and pain in her neck. Patient was
diagnosed with Burst pathologic fracture of the 3rd - 4th cervical spine Frankel D. The patient had
a history of cervical surgery 5 months ago by a Neurosurgeon in Bekasi.

1. Considering the patient’s condition and previous history of

the patient?
