Overview of the Problem

According to International Alert (2021) by close of 2019, the

conflict monitoring system logged a total of 2,655 violent conflict
incidents in the five Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim
Mindanao (BARMM) provinces of Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur, Basilan,
Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi, including the cities of Cotabato and Isabela .
There is a problem in examining and addressing conflict in BARMM
because of cultural diversity, communication, and others. Studies have
shown that democratic transitions can spin-off identity-based, ethnic
conflicts when conditions for open, inclusive, and accountable rule are
not in place.

Results and Discussion
CONCLUSIONS
A. The first null hypothesis stated that there are no
dimensions on the Conflict Sensitivity Competencies of
the Police Community Relations of PRO BAR. With the
application of EFA and CFA to this study, there is clear
evidence that the three (3) dimensions that comprise
the Conflict Sensitivity Competencies of the Police
Community Relations of PRO BAR. Therefore, the study
concludes that the null hypothesis is rejected, as
evidenced by the identification of the dimensions
comprising the Conflict Sensitivity Competencies.
CONCLUSIONS
B. The second hypothesis states that there is no good fit model of
Conflict Sensitivity Competencies of Police Community Relations Officers.
This study rejects the null hypothesis since results showed that there is a
good fit model developed conflict sensitivity competencies of Police
Community Relation Officer of PRO-BAR. Therefore, the study's results
provide empirical support for the existence of developed conflict sensitivity
competencies among Police Community Relation Officers of PRO-BAR, thus
rejecting the null hypothesis and highlighting the importance of recognizing
and fostering these competencies within the law enforcement community.
The rejection of the null hypothesis underscores the significance of the
findings, indicating that the officers possess the required skills and
competencies in conflict sensitivity, which is essential for maintaining
positive community relations and managing conflicts appropriately within
the PRO-BAR context.
