Select the table

want to enter the

 Select the table name in data base screen
 Click ‘open’ button
 Data sheet view is displayed with data

New fields can be added


 Datasheet View
 Design View
 Existing fields can also be modified

Changing Field Name

Double Click on
the Field Name
and enter the name
as “Basic Pay”

Deleting the Field or Column

Select the Column


which you want to
delete
 Select “Delete
column” option from
“Edit” Menu
 Or right click on the
column and select
“Delete column” option
from short cut menu

 Select the table in which you want to enter
the data and click on Open

 Select “Datasheet View” Option from “View”
Menu
 Enter the data in the table and Save it

 Select “Column” Option from Insert Menu
 Click on the field name
 New field inserted as “Field 1”
Changing the Field Name:
 Double click on the Field name and
 Enter the new field name
Deleting the Field:
 Select the column and
