Steps for creating Form

 Select “Form” tab

 Click on “New” button
 Select “Auto Form: Columnar” for Columnar Auto Form
 Select “Auto Form: Tabular” for Tabular Auto Form
 Select “Auto Form: Data Sheet” for Datasheet Auto Form
 Select table and OK button
