be adjusted using this.

Select print preview to see

the print layout from standard
tool bar before printing. (OR)
Go to file menu – click print
preview

You can use magnifier to magnify a

You can view the page in different zoom

percentages.
You can make the information to be shrunk
 to fit the page

Summary

 If need be we have set up margins by adjusting –

setup in print dialogue box.
 After adjusting the printer setup copies and before
going to printing we can view the preview by
clicking
 Print preview in the file menu
 We can make some adjustments here if we feel it
necessary
