 INTRODUCTION
BURKINA CAR is an innovation start-up in the field of car
rental . Burkina car rents out standard vehicles as well as
branded vehicles in order to satisfy customers. Burkina
car is based in Burkina Faso more precisely in
Ouagadougou but exercises its activities in all the
Burkinabe territory.
 I/ HISTORICAL

Founded in July 2021 the idea of creating the Burkina

car company comes from 2 Burkinabe entrepreneurs
including Donatien , Nassa and Ely Traore . Nowadays it is
difficult to find private cars here in Faso for travelling
especially being a foreigners to move easily and without fear.
 II/FUNDING
Financing is one of the key conditions for the success of a
project or an investment.
In order to avoid or limit the financial risks that could lead
to the premature disappearance of the company , we have
determined in advance the type and source of financing
adapted to our needs by being attentive:
The life cycle of our business ; the type of our project to be
financed creation or takeover of a business , investment ,
financing of working capital requirements . To finance a
project or an investment , the company can use : internal
financing , i. e. the ressources available with in the company ;
 third-party ressources(shares , participations , loans…)

International financing is usually through equity , while

external financing can be through equity or debit or mezzanine
capital.
The use of borrowed capital is often unavoidable for our
company , in order to compensate for the lack of equity and to
take advantage of a leverage effect . For the foundation of our
company we did all these analyzes before launching . We had
support from our relatives as well as from the international
bank( Coris Bank International)
For the creation of this company we have set up a sum of
$537 244.06 in total.

The construction of the building and the fitting out

which amounts to $115 123.73
The purchase of cars which amounts to $230 237.45
Part of the remaining sum was invested in
communication, advertising and others.
