The research hypothesis states that combined shopping modalities to consumers from offline shopping to
online shopping is expected to be highly efficient for customers of different ages as technology advances.
Online shopping specifically will be more efficient and popular because it allows customers to purchase at
ease. On the other hand, traditional stores are still assumed to be favored by Filipino customers,
particularly for older customers, because it is more tangible and less risky than online shops. Lastly, the
combined shopping modality is assumed to be used and preferred by the majority of customers due to its
flexibility.

benefit the following:
