TA take test drive as a customer with owner and identifies the default
and other distrubance in the car.
• Service advisor
Service advisor fill the chart that is related with the parts of the car to
the clarify defective parts .
• JC (Job Controller)
Service advisor consult with the JC for the further process and they follow the chart
filled by the advisor.
Job Controller distribute the work according to the Expertise of workshop employees. JC
work as a connection between service department and workshop.
• Follow up
Follow up process is followed after the delivery of the Car
to the customer .
