• Please take help of Ali to make a layout plan for the factory including
build store , Material arrival area and all aspects to be planned well in
layout
Power Requirement

• Main Power connection and genset recommendation based on avg

load of the whole unit
Building Plan

• We need to assess heights of the halls and all buildings and analyse in
a way to put cranes to run through the building for loading and work
in process.

• For different halls different machines and process flow form start to
finishing to made for each category .
Machineries List

• Detailed list of machines to match the above stated criteria of

production load .

• Keeping in view to plan machines on industry 3.0 standard with

tendency to upgrade on 4.0 in future
• Start from material arrival to Final loading include , everything
including crane , capacity , shearing bending , section machines , roof
panel machine any other you suggest , divide it into 2 areas necessary
and optional so which we can add later as we go .
Man Power Requirements
• Based on your experience please make a each dept and core
competencies required to build a team for this project .
• And average number of people keeping in view the erection part of
the said capacity of the business.
• If Possible, highlight key skills or certifications required for each
designation.
