Confirmation of Order.

 This letter is sent by the seller to the buyer in response
to the letter of order.

 After receiving the order, a letter of confirmation or


acceptance is to be sent to the customer .

 The main purpose of this letter is to acknowledge


the Order letter and

 to inform the buyer whether the seller accepted


to execute the order or not.

 Further to inform the buyer about the expected


date of despatching the goods.

Points in a letter of Confirmation
of Order

 The seller should inform the buyer whether he is


accepting the execution of order.

 In case, there is any delay in the execution of order,


that should be informed in this letter.

execution, a request may be made.

 Mention the probable date of supplying the


goods.

 If only part execution of order is made, he has


to specify the reasons for part execution
