between the staffing company and the contractor
who works for the client company for a particular
period. The contractor has to execute a specified
task on the fixed pay rate. Contract Staffing is

staffing. Relates to the process of recruitment in which the agency is
paid by clients when a suitable jobseeker is looked and
selected by them for a specific vacant position. The
provider of Contingent Recruitment Service gets payment
after filling up the role at its client’s location.
• RECRUITMENT PROCESS

This process includes recruitment planning, selecting the right profile,

performing a pre-screening of candidature, resume analysis, setting up
interviews & coordinating them, salary negotiation, sending the job offers,
and taking on-board the offered candidate.

suitable candidates to fill the specific vacant positions that can’t
be fulfilled with qualified professionals from the national supply.
 Payment Terms :-
All the payments should be made in the name of “HISUP SOLUTIONS”.

1. Once candidate is confirmed you shall intimate us of all correspondence of the candidates referred by us till the
final appointment.
2. You shall notify us of the final outcome of the interview.
3. Invoice will raise after 15 days of joining the candidate.
4. Payment shall be made after 30 days on date of receipt of invoice.
5. 8.5 % on fixed cost of the employee plus GST @18% or as per Government rules will be levied on the total bill
claimed.

NOTE - The Resumes forwarded to you as per your requirement remains our property, in case you select someone from
these resumes against any subsequent requirement, or if a candidate rejected by you at an interview be selected later
through a walk in interview, or a candidate declines to join your organization at the time of interview but later
approaches you directly and joins your organization, will be considered to be a placement done by us and service
charges as mentioned below will have to be borne by your organization.

This agreement includes the information regarding the terms & conditions upon which HISUP SOLUTIONS will supply the
services.
