Description
Background : Based on review at the end of2023, PP Laboratory need to review system for handling
inventory chemical. Incoming & outgoing chemical nor recorded well, delivery chemical not
consistent.
Scope of work : To monitored chemical used by record & report.
Impact of the project : Good inventory of chemical, increase awareness, good collaboration in team
members.
Reason choose this project : Laboratory provide data analysis for production, some of analysis need
of chemical. It’s need to maintain the availability of chemical stock, so the laboratory activities not
disrupted.

Target or goal this project is to improve skill of collaboration, increase awareness and
communication between team members, to achieve good inventory chemical in PP Laboratory

Specific : To Improve Inventory chemical in PP Laboratory with good coordination

Measurable : Identified chemical used & unused, with routine monitoring
Attainable : Good Inventory chemical , support by team members
Relevant : Align with KPI department for budget
Time Bond : Completed in end 2024
