Research Objectives.

This research aims to study

 To judge the efficiency of current gender diversity and inclusive initiatives in institutions and communities
 To assess the factors which influence the effective implementation of such initiatives which includes the
organizational leadership, and cultural norms.
 To gauge the existing perspectives and experiences of every individual who participates in gender diversity initiatives
especially those who are from marginalized groups.
 To analyze the relation of social identities such as ethnicity, race, sexuality with intersectionality in the context of
gender diversity initiatives.
• To provide practical solutions for improving the efficiency of gender diversity and inclusive initiatives to encourage
equality within organizations and societies
Research Gap

• After analyzing the literature review on the topic gender diversity and inclusion initiative, it is
perceived that there is a dearth of research to explore the effectiveness and evolution with the
passage of time. Moreover, there is a growing need to explore more about the connection of race,
disability, ethnicity and social orientation with the intersectionality of gender for the sake of
comprehension of different experiences. Additionally, the topic of leader's behavior has remained
less focused in terms of research to get meaningful changes. it is very important to deal with these
gaps to develop strategies for gender inclusion in various sectors
