Placement: Ministry of Lands and Mineral resources, GIM Division.
Contract: 6 Months of Internship (13th September – 6th March, 2024 )
My Job:
a) Plotting (CCMS)
A "Computerized Cadastral Mapping System" (CCMS) refers to a digital system or software
designed to manage, map, and maintain cadastral data. Cadastral data is information related to land
parcels, property boundaries, land ownership, and land use, and it plays a crucial role in land
administration, property management, and real estate-related activities.

- Spotting (Guiding the drone pilot)
 Achievements
• I was able to get the hang of a work done in the Ministry – need more to learn
• I have been given a certificate of appreciation from the GIS Unit
• Abundant of opportunities
