TEAMWORK - ADVICE FROM
BILL GATES

"In order to successfully complete a career as well as a

business, one must create around themselves a team, a
collective of sincere comrades-in-arms. To do that, you have
to really love and really pray for your teammates to be as
successful as you or better than you. Not jealous, prejudiced,
battered, not favoring anyone. Do not expect your teammates to
praise you, not only like to listen to the words but also pay
attention to the comments and criticisms of your teammates.
Always be humble, consider yourself just an equal member
with everyone. I'm just a boat, the collective is water, only
water can get on a boat to get on…." 20
