Administration

□ Admission to the tournament

□ Registration for the tournament
□ Accreditation / reception
□ Announcements/ Emcee
□ Arrival and departure arrangements – for people and cars
□ Briefings and debriefings – for organisers and helpers
□ Program printed – format, quality, method of distribution protocol – e.g.
meeting guests,
□ Ceremonies- Opening and closing ceremony arrangements as required
Accounting

□ Budgeting
□ Cash handling
□ Charging policy – and fee levels
□ Estimates of income and expenditure
□ Fundraising – before and during the
event
□ Insurance arrangements
□ Ticketing and pricing
Advertising & Marketing

□ Artwork/ Audio-visual displays

□ Marketing – Digital / Media (Social Media/Website/Flyers/Banners)
□ Media – Press, television, radio (arrangements as required)
□ Photography – to display at the event, photographs after the event with further
press releases
□ Branding-(Tournament Logo/Slogan)
□ Sponsorship arrangements- Title sponsor, F&B sponsor, Kit sponsor etc.
□ Finding a suitable streaming partner to broadcast the event nationwide.
□ All licenses will be taken care of – e.g. fire certificate, public entertainments
license, performing rights and phonographic performance licenses
 Accommodation

□ Accommodation – for guests, officials and participants

□ Car parking – area / zoning – for public, officials, guests / dignitaries, participants
and spectators
□ Changing rooms – for officials and teams
□ Transport – to and from site
