Before recording the video
• Work on the Script
narration, questions, information
• Ensure your script and storyboard match with
requirements
• Camera should be fully charged & must have
enough storage
• Take an appointment, fix venue and timing with the
interviewee before recording
• Duration of video: 3min. To 3min 30 sec.(max.)
During video recording
• Avoid pointing the camera towards bright light
• Face of the interviewee should be clearly visible
• If you are using a smartphone video camera, turn it
horizontally with main button on right
• Keep your camera still while recording
• Shoot in a place with minimum background noise
After video recording

Organize all your media (audio, images, and


videos) into a presentation and save the folder
& submit on time.
