“FUTURE TENSE”
 La forma afirmativa en el tiempo futuro, se forma agregando la palabra GOING TO después del verbo TO BE , tal como
se indica:
I. USING “BE GOING TO”
STRUCTURE:

is + going + to + a simple verb
are
VERBO PRESENTE SIMPLE FUTURO SIMPLE
EXAMPLES: get Peter gets a haircut every month. He is going to get a haircut tomorrow.
study Rose studies at the library. She is going to study at the library.
run He runs every week. He is going to run next week.
come We come to class every month. We are going to come to class next month.
take John takes a trip every week. He is going to take a trip tomorrow.
go You go shopping every weekend. You are going to go shopping tomorrow.
read I read a newspaper everyday I am going to read a newspaper tonight.
eat Eva eats an apple everyday She is going to eat an apple next week.
clean We clean a house once a week. We are going to clean a house tomorrow.

“FUTURE TENSE NEGATIVE FORMS”
 La forma negativa en el tiempo futuro, se forma agregando la palabra NOT después del verbo TO BE , tal como se indica:
I. USING “BE GOING TO” NEGATIVE FORM
BE + NOT + GOING TO

EXAMPLES:

Peter is going to get a haircut tomorrow.
He is not going to get a haircut tomorrow
Rose is going to study at the library.

“FUTURE TENSE QUESTIONS FORMS”
La forma de pregunta en el tiempo futuro, se forma ubicando el verbo TO BE antes del sujeto, tal como se indica:

En forma informal, cuando se habla, la palabra going to se pronuncia como “gonna”
