SELF ANALYSIS

THROUGH JOHARI WINDOW MODEL

 I evaluated myself using Johari Window, to do this I identified my

strengths such as good communication skill, ability to convince the
customers and analytical skills to solve problems.
 I also collected the feedback from my SOP peers that, I used to build good
relationship with customers and decision making skills would fit me to
choose Finance as my core specialization.
 I could substantiate it with an incident that I had in my internship days in a
CA firm. I had got and opportunity to analyze the financial statements and
corporate related works are quite interesting for me.
 So I think I would be fit in Finance as my core specialization and
Marketing as my secondary area.
VISION
 To develop my own business which would help for the societies welfare
and become an entrepreneur.

MISSION
 To acquire adequate knowledge and conduct a research to know what the
society needs and create a product accordingly.

 My short term goal is to get a Job in banking sector, my dream company is

Federal Bank or South Indian Bank.

 To achieve Cost and Management Accounting Intermediate within 2years.

CAREER PROSPECTUS

 Assistant bank manager post in Federal Bank & South India Bank.

 Finance manager in ITC and HUL .

ACTION PLANS

 Improve my communication skill through reading news paper and by speaking in

English.

 To clear my pending papers in Cost and Management Accounting.

 Will do additional courses regarding Finance to improve my knowledge.
