You are going to work in a small group
of 2-3 people to make a presentation
about an invention you’d like to create
which would be useful to society.
Your presentation should last for around
5-6 minutes and each person in your
group should have a turn at presenting.

You should say:

1. What the invention is.
2. How you would make it.
3. How it would benefit people.
4. Why you think other people would
like it.
 Weeks 5&6
Weeks 5 and 6 are for planning and
practice.
In these weeks, you will decide how you’ll
present.

a. Will you use PowerPoint or any other

visuals to help you present?
b. What language will you use to
describe the invention you’re
speaking about?
c. How can you engage your audience
throughout your presentation?
Week 7

In week 7 you will present.

Make sure to invite questions from

your audience at the end of your
presentation.

give you feedback.
