The common waterproofing used is the sheet waterproofing, this
waterproofing membrane consists of plastic, rubber or coated fabric.
The sheet waterproofing is used to prevents water into the
foundations, roofs, walls, basements, buildings and structures. It is
most effect when installed properly. This waterproofing is very reliable
and durable as it reduces humidity inside the building and protects
inside things from being damaged due to water exposure.

The thermal insulation used for our building was the polystyrene foam.
The insulation is the best to use because it is cheap, rigid, transparent,
easy to mould and has a good dimensional stability. The other thing is
that it has excellent electrical properties and resistance to some
electromagnetic radiation like the gamma rays.
