that if you want to learn new

them it’s not just about this – but learning

Luana Zanek is from Argentina. She is the founder of


Inglés Como Nativo (English Like a Native), where she
hosts live webinars for students of all ages. She is also
an influencer on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Luana has achieved C1 Advanced.


“It wasn’t an easy decision to make, but I
wanted to follow my passion and become
an English teacher full time.

I thought I’d try teaching for six months


and maybe try to be a lawyer again, but I
got really involved with the teaching
profession and have never looked back.”

César Silva is from Brazil. He works as an English


teacher and Pedagogical Co-ordinator at an English
school in São Paulo.

César has achieved B2 First, C1 Advanced and teaching


qualification CELTA.
“I’m currently doing my bachelor’s degree
in Business Administration. I also have a
part-time work placement in an
accounting role for a global company that
produces medical and industrial
electronics. In this role, I need to use
English every day when I’m talking to
clients. It makes me realise just how
important English is to communicate with
people from all around the world.”

Vanessa Petrovic is from Switzerland. She is looking


forward to her sixth semester at university and thinks
she is going to choose entrepreneurism.

Vanessa has achieved B1 Business Preliminary, B2 First


and C1 Advanced. She is now studying to take C2 Proficiency.
