How to file a complaint?

First of all, you (who will be called the
plaintiff) have to give a copy of your case
to the court and to the defendant (the
person you accuse of being guilty). Then,
they will prepare the case (you and the
defendant will provide information about
it). After that, the judge who will be in
charge of your case will encourage you to
reach a settlement (come to an agreement
and not hold the trial). If you don‘t reach
it, the trial process will take place. At the
end of it, the jury will find the defendant
guilty or innocent, and will set the amount
of money he has to pay (or not).
