Method 1: Network upgrade

Tool ：

 System Update Tool

 Upgrade Tool --'Merak.tool'
 System upgrade package -- 'System Software'

Method 1: Network upgrade

Steps ：
1. The IP address of the monitor must be set to 77.77.1.xx, and the subnet mask is
255.255.255.0

2. Choose the 'Merak.tool' model package, and select the product type with 'Merak'

3. Enter the upgrade model: Continue to touch the touch screen or press both 'F4'and 'F5'
in the keyboard when you press the power switch button.
Software Upgrade
Method 1: U disk upgrade

Tool ：

 U disk
 Boot --'Merak_Installer.pkg'
 System upgrade package -- 'System Software'
 keyboard(optional)

How to make U disk?

1. Created a directory in the U disk: UPGRADE_AMP/Merak;

2. Put the boot software 'Merak_Installer.pkg' into the directory 'UPGRADE_AMP/Merak'
3. Put the upgrade software (pkg /mpkg) into the directory 'UPGRADE_AMP/Merak'

Note: U disk Format requirements: FAT format(2GB or above ,such as Kingston)

Software Upgrade

Method 1: U disk upgrade

Upgrade steps ：

1. Inset the U disk to the monitor.

Main board has 4 USB connectors, you
can inset it into any one connector.

2. Enter the upgrade model.

Continue to touch the touch screen or
press both 'F2'and 'F3' in the keyboard
when you press the power button.

- How to check Software version ?

1. Select 'Main menu'→select 'System

>>'→select 'Version >>'.In the display
menu, you can check the system software
version.

2. Select 'Main menu'→select 'System

>>'→select 'Maintenance>>' enter the
required password → select 'Version'. In
the display menu, you can check the
version information of the system
software and modules.

- How to export log?

1. Insert U disk in the USB port of patient

monitor.

2. Select 'Main menu‘ →select 'System

>>'→select ‘Maintenance' →enter factory
password(332888) →select ‘Factory
Maintenance’ →select ‘Monitor
information’ →select ‘Export log’.

- How to export configuration and user maintenance settings?

1. Insert U disk in the USB port of patient

monitor.

2. Select 'Main menu‘ →select

‘Configuration >>'→select ‘Manage'
→enter password(315666) →select ‘Save
current setting’

3. And then, select ‘Export Configuration’

→select ‘User maintenance settings’
and the current configuration →select
‘Export’

- How to export real-time patient data?

1. Installing real-time export data
