1) Discuss the relationship between communication and leadership
 The Communication is from latin word “communicare” means to “share”
 According to verderber(1996) Communication is the transactional process
of creating meaning. The first key concept is the ‘transactional’ means
communication must involve at least two people and those communication
has responsible meaning during and after interaction. second by ‘process ‘
is the systematic series of behaviours with a purpose that occur over a
period of time. Third ‘meaning’ refers to the content ,intention and
significance that is assigned to communication behaviours .
 Important things consider when communicating with other for experience
to communicate effectiveness is to understand these:-
 Communication is learned. We acquire the extent of our vocabulary, the
way we speak, our gestures, eye contact, our touching and how we dress
help learned communication behavior.
 Communication is purpose .purpose of a given transaction maybe serious
but one way to evaluate the success of communication is to ask whether it
achieves its purpose like ,to exchange information, to develop
relationships ,to meet our needs ,to direct others etc.
 Leadership
 Key and Thoms Leadership is the process of influencing and supporting
others to work toward to archieving objective.
 There important consider to be leadership is knowledge, value ,believes,
ethics and skills.
 The following are the relationship between leadership and
communication
 Transparency. Plays a crucial role in breaking down the communication
barrier between leader and the team. It believed that many manager and
executive is hardly know anything about organization there fore to avoid
this they create good trust between employee and themselves.
 Clarity. An effective communication has clarity through transform words
that used to intrust and interact with team members. They clearly defined
the goals to be fulfill by team member and monitor.
2) List and explain the ICT device used to communication
 A communication device is a hardware device having the ability
to transmit analog or digital signals over a communication wire or
wireless.
A computer modem is one of the best examples of a
communication device. WiFi, NIC( network interface card).
 A mobile phone is a wireless handheld device that allows users to
make and receive calls. Mobile Phones enable and facilitate
communication among individuals
 Television facilitates one-way communication between the sender
and the receiver.
 Radio broadcasts provide real-time information, and some that
broadcast 24 hours a day, can provide the most recent updates to
listeners.
 Computer communications device are being used to send and receive
electronic mail, engage in on-line conferencing (computer conferencing,
teleconferencing or video conferencing), to view and post news on
computer bulletin boards, for electronic shopping, banking and brokerage,
to get information services, social media.
 Satellite device’s that relays and amplifies radio telecommunication
signals via a transponder; it creates a communication channel between a
source transmitter and a receiver at different locations on Earth.
 conclusion
 The following above is the detailed explanation of ict communicating
device’s which are very important in the now days human life in order to
make the human life to be simple and go’s parallel to global change of the
earth.
