 Dear Sir,
 With a sorrowful heart, I'm writing this letter to you. I've been a regular and loyal customer of yours
for a very long time, but the mismanagement of your bank compelled me to write this complaint
letter. There are a few inconveniences that I went through because of an official.
 1. He asked to bring my national id card the next day and meet him. But I clearly remember telling
him that I want to merge my two accounts that were already open. but he paid me no heed.
 2. He was disrespectful towards me. While keeping me seated in front of him, he was busy chit
chatting with other officers.
 I was already in a hurry that day. The poor service not only wasted my time but also caused my busy
schedule to disrupt.
 I regret writing this complaint letter. But I want a formal apology from the official. I wish the best for
your bank. Though I was dissatisfied, I didn't show it in public to avoid making a scene. But I don't
want to let anyone else go through the same problems like me. Please make sure that this doesn't
happen again.
 Sincerely,
 Abdullah Ibnay Anik
