Dear Sir,
With a sorrowful heart, I'm writing this letter to you. I've been a regular and loyal customer of yours
for a very long time, but the mismanagement of your bank compelled me to write this complaint
letter. There are a few inconveniences that I went through because of an official.
1. He asked to bring my national id card the next day and meet him. But I clearly remember telling
him that I want to merge my two accounts that were already open. but he paid me no heed.
2. He was disrespectful towards me. While keeping me seated in front of him, he was busy chit
chatting with other officers.
I was already in a hurry that day. The poor service not only wasted my time but also caused my busy
schedule to disrupt.
I regret writing this complaint letter. But I want a formal apology from the official. I wish the best for
your bank. Though I was dissatisfied, I didn't show it in public to avoid making a scene. But I don't
want to let anyone else go through the same problems like me. Please make sure that this doesn't
happen again.
