 Unpacking and Checking
Before unpacking, examine the packing case carefully for signs of
damage. If any damage is detected, contact the carrier or the
manufacturer. If the packing case is intact, open the package and
remove the equipment and accessories carefully. Check all materials
against the packing list and check for any mechanical damage. If you
have any question, please contact us.

 Modify Configuration — AED Tool Installation and Use Guide

Basic Operations
1. After the device is connected to the AED Tool, enter the
Configuration page, click Read Device Configuration, and the
prompt “Reading the configuration file successfully!” appears.
2. Close the above prompt box, edit System Time, Language,
Shock Series, WLAN Setup, and other items, click Write Device
Configuration, and the prompt “Writing successfully! Effective
after the device is restarted” appears.
3. Restart the AED device and the written configurations takes effect.

 User Test — AED Tool Installation and Use Guide

1. With the device lip opened, enter the User Test page.
2. Click Start User Test, the device starts the user test,
and you should perform user test followed the voice
and text prompts.
3. After the test is completed, click Get Test Result to
read the test results.

 Battery Loading Test
Confirm the external defibrillator, the buttons, the horn, the
pads and the batteries can work normally. Follow this
procedure to perform the test:
1. Close the upper cover of the external defibrillator.
2. After removing the batteries for 3 minutes, re-install the
batteries to the battery compartment of the external
defibrillator and enter the battery loading self-test mode.
3. Perform the auto test, audio test and button test according to
the voice prompts of the external defibrillator.
4. Test whether the device is abnormal according to the voice test
results. If any item fails, the status indicator will flash red when
the device is turned off.

 Once you power on the BeneHeart C Series, no matter you charge or not,
there is high voltage inside the machine. You must discharge the capacity
before you touch any of parts inside.

Recommend:
Put only one Upgrade Package in folder, because only one pkg can be upgraded in one time.
Otherwise, operator couldn’t judge which one is upgraded in the last time.

 With or Without LCD
1. Unplug the battery when the cover of the device is closed.
2. Insert the USB storage into the device.
3. Insert the battery when the cover of the device is closed.
4. Wait until the device indicator is on, which indicates that the device is in upgrade mode.
5. Wait for 1-2 minutes.
1) With power upgrade package, the device will enter the AED mode after the upgrade
2) Without power upgrade package,
succeed: beep sound reminder every 5s & indicator flash green every 5s
failed: beep sound reminder every 2s & indicator flash red every 2s

 Q1 ： Which area can launch 4G AED and AED-Alert 2.0 system ？

 A1 ： 4G data transfer and AED-Alert 2.0 system are only available in EU & AUS
 Q2 ： How to acquire AED Alert Agent or Branch Office Account ？
 A2 ： Apply account by CS to HQ TS
 Q3 ： Does BeneHeart C Series AED support hardware upgrade ？
 A3 ： No, there is no hardware upgrade package
 Q4 ： If the battery standby life doesn’t fit the years in the manual, how to do ？
 A4 ： Export the device info from AED, and confirm how many times it has been used,
or if the wireless signal strength is low in history self-test report
