Uk Enterprises is a 1 year 4 months old Proprietorship Firm
incorporated on 28-Jun-2022, having its registered office located
at Room No. 1, Ground Floor Balaji Apartment Lane No.2,
Laxmi Enclave, Near Patel Nagar Kotwali, Thdc Colony
Dehrakhas, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
The major activity of Uk Enterprises is a loan provider firm and
Direct Source Associates (DSA).

personal service.
Uk Enterprises is classified as Micro enterprise in the financial
year 2022-23. It has its unit situated at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
INTRODUCTION TO HDFC

Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited


(HDFC) was incorporated on October 17 1977 as the first
specialized Mortgage Company in India. The principal
business is to provide finance to individuals corporate and
developers for the purchase construction development and
repair of houses apartments and commercial property in
India. The business is conducted through its branches in
India and its overseas offices in London Singapore and
Dubai supported by a network of agents for sourcing loans
as well as deposits and service associates in the Middle East
region to provide housing loans and property advisory
services to non-resident Indians (NRIs) and persons of
Indian origin (PIOs).
HOME LOAN
HDFC offers loans to individuals to purchase
(fresh/resale) or constructhouses.
Home loan be applied individually or jointly.
Proposed owner of the property will have to be co-
applicants. However the co-applicants need not to be
the co-owners.

● Applicants can either be Resident or Non-Resident
● Age of the applicant should not be more than 65 years

Home improvement loan facilitates internal and external
repairs and other structural improvements like paintings,
water proofing, plumbing and electric works, tilling and
flooring, grills and aluminum windows.

MY CONTRIBUTION TO THE
BODY OF KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge without practice makes only half an artist. Knowledge is best effective when it is
both learnt & practiced. We get better clarity on the concepts when we directly apply it to
practical work environment.

As an intern at HDFC LTD, I learnt a lot about housing finance which helped me gain valuable experience in this
field.
• I also learnt about the functioning of the indigenous software’s of HDFC, which are called the CREST
Workbench and LEAP Dashboard.
• I was also communicating with customers regularly regarding their requirements. Here I also got to know
about the requirements of the customers, and I also learned how to communicate effectively with the customers.
• I was also do cold calling with random customer, and go regular visit in the market to search new business
and addition of new business source associates (BSA) and Direct Source Associates (DSA).
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
● To know the customer satisfaction level and their perception regarding HDFC LTD.

● To know the customer awareness regarding the HDFC LTD’s products.

● To know the level of interest of customer regarding the different schemes of


HDFC LTD.

● To know the preference of customer regarding the extra services.

● To know the problems of customer regarding HDFC LTD.
