Abstract
VGI-Verse is a dynamic online platform designed to enrich the social lives of
college communities. It provides a space for students, staff, faculty, and
alumni to maintain existing relationships, establish new connections, and stay
informed about the latest news and trends in technology., offers a user-
friendly interface that allows users to create public or semi-public profiles
within a secure system. By facilitating seamless communication and
interaction, It aims to enhance the overall social experience within the college
community. The platform's engaging features cater to technology enthusiasts
while ensuring inclusivity for all sections of society. With a focus on user
engagement and continuous improvement, It is committed to creating an
enjoyable and enriching online environment for its users.
Research and Analysis
The pervasive adoption and use of social
networking sites among college students have
spurred a flurry of research into how social
networking sites use influences academic
performance (Masrom et al., 2021). The analysis
came as the result that due to large distractions
present over other platform leading to the cases of
being missing out.

Registration Module
• This is the common module for any project
• It is authenticate user on the basis of unique college Id or Email registered.

Resource Sharing
• This is one of the major module of the project.
• User can share or access resource on the web portal as per need or requirements.

News and Announcements

• This module enables users of different categories to share news regarding day to
day happenings in the campus.
• User can share and get information about important announcements easily.
Modules
Event Managing and advertising
• User can share registration, eligibility and other details regarding an event.
• It also gives a common platform of advertisement to the entire campus audience.

Availability of e-content
• User can upload any relevant notes, e-books or any other e-content.
• User can access such necessary academic contents of alumni and know about
their strategies or plannings.

Feedback and messaging

• These are also common modules of any project.
• Gather feedback, iterate, and refine the strategies based on initial results.

• We can add a welcome guide option which enables
the new user who can be newly admitted students
or visitors to know about specific locations of the
campus easily without any problem.
• We can add feature like periodic feedback of
different departments and classes about their
faculty, results, performances and maintenance.

VGI-verse is a dynamic social networking platform for colleges,
aiming to enhance connectivity, foster collaboration, and build
