Minimum requirements:
Icon size= 8mm
Buffer area around icon= 2mm from other graphical or design
elements (not from borders of the pack)
2 icons need to be place closet to each other

FG deadline w/o icons at Logista

According the JTI Legal Consultants “products placed in the market” are those introduced in the Spanish territory for its
commercialization including Logista warehouse.

Key criteria to ship product:

Product without recycle icon must be introduced in the market before Dec. 31st 2024:
SP: product must be @ Logista
CI: JTI SA stock & taxes paid
No market clean deadline

However, as of January 1st 2025 all shipments from factories to Logista warehouse need to include the new icons.
