degree Celsius.

Advantage
• They can react to various different wavelength like
visible to infrared
• Flexibility
• Semi transparent
• Light weight
• Low cost
• Band gap about 1.55 ev which silicon is about band
gap 1.11 ev.
Disadvantage
• Subjected to external factors such as heat, moisture
and interface material.
• Material is toxic to nature.
