Arsh in human organ

MEANING It means the compensation specified to be paid by the offender to the victim or heirs of the victim. Classification of human organs 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) Arsh in single organ Organ in pairs Quadruplicate organs Ten in numbers Thirty two in number

Arsh in human organ according to classification

Arsh for single organ is full diyat Arsh for organ in pairs is : ( If one will cut equivalent to half of diyat) Arsh for organ in quadruplicate is of diyat Arsh for organ ten in number (Fingers). ( 1/20th of diyat ) Arsh for organ thirty two in number (teeth). ( 1/20th of diyat )

Arsh for hairs

whenever uproots as if unable to recover If whole of the body arsh will be equivalent to full diyat. If one of the eyebrow then arsh will be equivalent to half of diyat. If one of the eye lash then arsh will be equal to 1/4th of diyat.

Payment of Arsh

Arsh may be paid In lump sum b. In installments with in the period of five years
a.

In case of failure to pay Arsh by convict. a. may be kept in jail until arsh will be paid. b. If convict dies before the payment of arsh or any part , it shall recovered from his estate.

Harisah (if only skin have been cut) Damiyah ( if blood is flowed) Badiah (if the flesh has been injured) Mutalahimah (if flesh has been penetrated) Simhak (if membrane enters the flesh and bone is injured) Mudiah (If t he bone has been uncovered) Hashimah (if the bone is in injured) Munaqqilah (if the bone is broken and the fragments are separated) Mamunah (if membrane of brain is injured) Damighah (if the brain is injured ) Damiah (if blood is uncovered but does not flow)

Loss of one finger or thumb of hand or foot. Hurts on head or face in which bone is exposed. Hurts on head and face in which bone is fractured. Hurts on head or face in which bone ids dislocated, Fracture of skull when wound touches membrane.
