Formal Invitation

By : Yeni Ariska
A formal invitation letter is an invitation
held between agencies or organizations
for the benefit of the service, for example
an invitation letter for a general meeting
of shareholders, official invitations,
business meetings, and so on.
The language used in writing
official invitation letters is formal.
Unlike a personal invitation letter,
this letter uses ordinary letters and
the language used is more concise,
straightforward, and firm to avoid
the impression of being long-
winded.
