Introduction • Jashore is the district of undivided Bengal. It established
in 1781 part of the oldest Bango. It is at south western
zone in Bangladesh. It bordered with india. It is the oldest
district in south region of Bangladesh.

established in 1781 and it was the the
district of undivided bengal. Which is
also known as the first free district of
Bangladesh during liberation war 1971.

Jessore is a food surplus area of
Bangladesh. khejurer gur from jashore
is very much famous & it produce best
khejurer gur in the country. And another
famous food of jessore is Jamtala sweet
meet which is also very much famous
there. You can say these two as GI
product of jessore.
