staff in a particular field.
• This job application letter contains an explanation of the abilities / capacities possessed by the
applicant in accordance with the position vacancies required by the company.
• Generally, a job applicant creates a cover letter that is accompanied by Resume.

• Job applicants must have the qualifications, competencies or work
experience to get the desired job position.
• Generate interest in the qualifications you have.
• Showing various good/positive things.
• Make sure your cover letter is well-packaged, neat, clean and
appealing to the reader.
• Write the letter through the eyes of the reader, not through the eyes of
the writer/job applicant.
• Emphasize the things that set you apart from other applicants.
