An internet service provider (ISP) is a company that provides
access to the internet. ISPs can provide this access through
multiple means, including dial-up, DSL, cable, wireless and
fiber-optic connections.

scripting language used by web browsers to render pages on
the world wide web. HyperText allows a user to click a link

● URL - stands for Uniform Resource Locator. A URL is
nothing more than the address of a given unique resource on
the Web. In theory, each valid URL points to a unique
resource.

● HTTPS - Hypertext transfer protocol secure (HTTPS) is the secure
version of HTTP, which is the primary protocol used to send data
between a web browser and a website. HTTPS is encrypted in order to
increase security of data transfer.
● HTTP - The Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) is the foundation of
the World Wide Web and is used to load webpages using hypertext
links. HTTP is an application layer protocol designed to transfer
information between networked devices and runs on top of other layers
of the network protocol stack.
