Carbonara pasta

Carbonara is a pasta dish originating from Rome, Italy. It is made

with eggs, hard cheese, pork and black pepper. It got its current
name „carbonara” in the mid-20th century .
 The cheese used for this dish is usually Pecorino Romano,
Parmesan, or a combination of the two. Spaghetti is the most
used pasta, but some chefs use fettuccine, rigatoni, linguine or
bucatini. Generally, guanciale (pork belly) or pancetta is used for
the meat composition, but smoked bacon is a common
substitute outside of Italy.

Pizza

 Pizza is a dish that originated in Naples, Italy. It is a flat bread,

usually round, topped with tomato sauce and cheese, plus other
optional toppings, baked in the oven.

 Pissa is a Latin term, originating in the 9th century, meaning „flat

bread”. Starting from the 14th century, it acquired the meaning
of „flat bread covered with cheese” in Italian. A person who is
good at making pizza is called a pizzaiolo, and a restaurant that
serves pizza is called a „pizzeria” (in Italian pizzeria). From
many pizzerias you can also order at home, by phone or

Tomado salad

 Bulgarian salad is a cold salad prepared in Bulgaria as well as in

Central Europe. It is made from tomatoes, cucumbers, onions
(possibly also green onions), raw or cooked peppers, telemea cheese
and parsley.

 The vegetables are usually diced and salted, then seasoned with a
little sunflower or olive oil, occasionally supplemented with vinegar.
The addition of vinegar, however, contributes a sour taste that the
tomatoes also impart. In restaurants, this dressing is offered
separately, so that the customer can compose it according to his
taste. Finally, the vegetables are covered with a thick layer of grated
or diced telemea. This salad is often eaten as an appetizer.

Tripe soup

 Belly soup is a type of traditional Romanian food and belongs to

the category of soups. There are many variants of recipes
spread in Romania. Its specificity is the acidification with lemon
as well as the addition of a lot of garlic, but until now the addition
of vinegar instead of lemon has been maintained in many
recipes. Preparing this soup takes a lot of time.

Fries

 French fries are served warm, soft or crispy, and are generally
eaten for lunch or dinner or as a snack. This dish frequently
appears on the menus of fast food restaurants, pubs and bars.
They are usually salty and, depending on the region, may be
served with ketchup, vinegar, mayonnaise, tomato sauce or
other local specialties. They can be made from sweet potatoes,
using little or no oil, in the oven or in a pan.
