powers, flow and pressures have to
be measured or logged

1. Chillers:
• Identify suitable chiller configurations
• Analyse chiller configurations
2. Pumps:
• Identify suitable CHWP and CWP configurations
• Analyse pump configurations
3. Cooling Towers:
• Identify suitable cooling tower configurations
• Analyse cooling tower configurations

3.1 Automation of Analysis

1. Import and synchronization of datasets
2. Cleaning data
3. Computation of Excel formulas
4. Create dataframes containing data and formulas

• Inputs:
• Part-load profile and equipment database
• Chiller Selection:
• 3 nested loops exploring every configuration for every chiller
• Ranking chillers depending on CAPEX and electricity cost
• Pump Selection:
• 2 nested loops exploring configurations and oversizing
• Computation of optimal parameters and price estimation
• Cooling Tower Selection:
• 2 nested loops exploring every configuration for every CT
• Ranking CTs depending on CAPEX and electricity cost

4 Final Assessment

• Time savings of up to 10 days
