Single Phase Full-Converter Bridge with
R-L-E Load

It is assumed that load current is continuous.
That means load is always connected to the source through Thyristors.
Between ωt = 0 and α, T1 and T2 are forward biased through T3 and T4
which are already conducting even though the applied source voltage is –ve.

When ωt = α, both T1 and T2 are triggered and go into conduction state.

As a result, T3 and T4 are reverse biased by virtue of T1 and T2 are ON due
to natural commutation.

At the same time output load current which was flowing through T3 &
T4 is now transferred to T1 and T2, and are in conduction state till
ωt = α+π. At this angle, again T3 and T4 are triggered and history repeats.
