Focus on India
Moody's ratings stated on Tuesday that the Indian economy is projected to grow by 6.6% in the
current fiscal year (fiscal year 2025). The agency emphasized that strong economic growth
driving robust credit demand would bolster the profitability of non-banking financial companies
(NBFCs). It is anticipated that the Indian economy will grow by 6.6% in the fiscal year ending
March 2025, followed by a growth of 6.2% the following year, leading to strong loan growth for
NBFCs, mitigating the impact of rising financing costs on their profitability.

The Indian economy is forecasted to grow by 8% in the fiscal year 2023-24. Moody's comments
on NBFCs underscore that a robust economic situation will aid in maintaining their asset quality,
even as rising interest rates increase customers' debt burdens. The financing costs for Indian
NBFCs are on the rise, but strong economic growth driven by robust credit demand will support
the industry's profitability. Furthermore, a robust economic situation will help them maintain
asset quality even as interest rates rise, increasing customers' debt burdens.

Market Review

1,220 points, closing at 73,634 points, up by 677 points or 0.93%.

• Simultaneously, the Nifty50 index fluctuated between 22,055 points and

22,432 points, eventually closing at 22,404 points, up by 203 points or
0.92%.

Market Outlook
The India Volatility Index (VIX) fell by more than 2%, closing at around 20
points. Volatility concerns are unlikely to completely dissipate before the
election results are announced. During previous elections, the India VIX index
surged to 29. Based on historical data, there is still potential for further increases
in the India VIX index, which remains a concern for investors. While the S&P
500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index rose by 5.1% and 3.7% respectively, the
Nifty index only increased by 0.2%. Continued selling by Foreign Institutional
Investors (FIIs) is a major concern for the market. Once the election results are
clear, India's sluggish performance is expected to improve. Post-election,
Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs), High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), and
retail investors may become active buyers, leading to a significant market rally.

Why can IPO subscriptions achieve such high returns?

• Each IPO is handled by Apollo Group's professional research team.

• Every year, we conduct extensive research on many outstanding companies

across the country and maintain long-term relationships with them. Through
our extensive network, once these companies require financing for their
development through IPOs, our investment team negotiates with them to
acquire a portion of their original shares before listing.

• However, every time we inquire about the original shares of a listed

company, we face competition from other private equity firms nationwide.
Therefore, each year, Apollo Group can only purchase a small portion of the
original shares. Within this small portion, only a fraction is allocated to our
students. Learning is the best investment

1. The basic concept of value investing

The basic concept of value investing is to "buy undervalued assets and hold
them for the long term." Value investors believe that while markets may
undervalue or overvalue assets in the short term due to emotional
fluctuations, in the long run, asset prices will eventually revert to their
intrinsic value. Therefore, through in-depth analysis and research, identifying
high-quality companies undervalued by the market and investing in them is
an effective way to increase wealth.

2. The investment strategies of value investing

1. Fundamental Analysis
Value investors primarily rely on fundamental analysis, which involves analyzing various aspects
of a company such as its financial statements, competitiveness, and profitability. This information
helps investors assess the intrinsic value of the company and select stocks that have investment
value.

2. Investment Valuation Indicators

Using valuation indicators such as price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio, price-to-book (P/B) ratio,
dividend yield, etc., helps investors determine whether a stock is overvalued or undervalued.
These indicators assist investors in making wise decisions during market fluctuations.

3. In-depth Research
Value investors conduct thorough research before investing, gathering information on aspects
such as the company's business model, competitive advantages, and market prospects. This
enables investors to make more accurate investment decisions.

3. The specific steps of value investing

1. Finding Target Companies:
Through screening and research, identify companies that are undervalued by the market but have
strong fundamentals.

2.Relative Valuation Method:

Compare the company's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio, price-to-book (P/B) ratio, etc., with those of
other companies in the same industry to judge its relative value.

3.Determine the Buying Opportunity:

When the market price is significantly below the company's intrinsic value, it is a good buying
opportunity. Value investors patiently wait for such opportunities.

4. Monitor and Adjust Investment Portfolio:

While value investing emphasizes long-term holding, it's also necessary to regularly monitor the
investment portfolio. If significant changes occur in a company's fundamentals, it may be necessary
to adjust the investment strategy.
